Going to bed dreading work the next day is the absolute worst. I’m proud to say that doesn’t happen here, and it’s what keeps me here. Having a great group of people to work with and tackle the days tasks makes it even better. We take great pride in being the best at what we do, and it shows in our work. I can drive all over Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and admire the work myself and my coworkers have completed. I’ve made great friends working here, and I’m excited to see what the future has in store!

Palmer Soderberg, Inc. is a great place to work! A couple of years ago, the job that I had worked at for 18 years closed. I didn’t think I would find another job that I would love as much, but I did! I have been here for two years now and I couldn’t ask for better bosses and co-workers!

I’ve been with Palmer Soderberg since June of 2019. I work at the office in bookkeeping. The owners are very honest, fair, and generous people who are looking out for all of their employees at all times. Because of their leadership, the people they hire are generally the same. Everyone – estimators, managers, warehouse and delivery guys, installers, and bookkeepers – work hard, strive to do quality work, and look out for each other. It’s great to be working in this kind of atmosphere.
